Danny greeted us at the front desk. He was friendly. roger took our bags. charlie took care of us in the lounge. He brought drinks. the food and drinks were amazing!!!
i called for a late check out, but i was told they were fully booked. i checked their website, and they had rooms available. i couldn't be accommodated due to the possibility of selling the room.

the location was acceptable for exploring the area, and the live jazz in the bar was a nice touch.
The noise from the air conditioning was unbearable. I've never heard anything so loud. it vibrated and woke me up constantly, even with earplugs. i ended up turning it off and dealing with the heat. I didn't sleep well for two nights. furthermore, the room wasn't very clean. I found hair in multiple places.

I found the staff helpful. Zillah at the front desk especially welcomed me. she offered water and provided excellent recommendations during my entire visit. room service arrived quickly and was perfect for a relaxed evening in my room. the gym, though small, had a suitable range of weights and cardio equipment.
I must say, the music went on quite late, even past the stated time. It slightly disrupted my otherwise peaceful night.

The hotel's location provides easy access to several subway lines. This made getting around quite convenient. multiple dining options surround the area, providing many choices. overall, the immediate neighborhood secure hotel and cute.

the breakfast was amazing!!! the espresso tasted like it came straight from italy, it was perfect. my pancakes with fresh fruit were pure heaven. the whole vibe was just great!!!
